What You Send Us
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, an optional contact number, selected service and message. The website domain is included so the source of the enquiry can be identified. Please provide business contact details and avoid sensitive personal information or access credentials.
How Enquiries Are Used
We use the information to understand and respond to the fire safety requirement you describe. Where a suitable local fire safety firm can assist, your enquiry and contact details may be passed to that firm. The form asks for your explicit agreement before you send those details.
This agreement is separate from a contract for fire safety work. A firm receiving an enquiry may contact you to clarify the scope, discuss a visit or provide a quotation. That firm is responsible for explaining its own privacy arrangements and terms when it responds.
Your Choice About Sharing
The sharing agreement box is unticked by default. Do not submit the form if you do not agree to your enquiry being passed to a suitable local firm. You can withdraw your agreement by using the privacy request form below.
Withdrawal applies to future processing based on your agreement and does not undo lawful processing that has already happened. If a firm has already contacted you, you can also send your request directly to that firm using the contact route it provides.
Data Handling And Retention
Enquiry information is sent to the website’s enquiry system. Service providers involved in hosting or handling submissions may process information to deliver that function. Information should be limited to people who need it for handling your request, related administration and protecting the service against abuse.
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes and any applicable record-keeping duties. We do not state a fixed retention period because the appropriate period depends on the status and nature of the enquiry. You can ask about the records held in relation to your request.
Website Use And External Services
This static website does not set advertising or analytics cookies in its own code. Hosting systems may keep technical logs, including request details and IP addresses, for operation and security. The page fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical information needed to deliver those files.
Links to government, standards and local information sources take you to other websites. Those websites have their own privacy notices and may use cookies or other services. We do not control their data handling.
Your Information Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or object to processing. You may also have a right to data portability. A request may require proportionate verification so another person’s information is not disclosed.
Use the privacy request form below to raise a data question or exercise a right. For a privacy-only request, use the separate form below, which does not ask you to agree to service referral. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are concerned about how your personal information is handled.
Send A Privacy Request
Use this route for a data question only. Privacy requests are marked separately from service enquiries. Include the date of your earlier enquiry if known, and do not add sensitive identity documents.
